A & J Management is a locally owned and managed company which has had rentals in the Menomonie area for over 30 years. Some of our complexes are within walking distance to the University of Wisconsin- Stout campus and ideal for student housing. Our townhomes are located close to the north Menomonie shopping area and I-94. Our pride in ownership is shown through our attention to detail and our quick response to maintenance requests and emergencies. Proof that our tenants are happy is shown in the high rate of renewals and word-of-mouth new referrals.
